1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Moncoin platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform. Moncoin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the modifications.

2. Eligibility

To use the Moncoin platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform's services.
• You must have full legal capacity to agree to these terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update it when necessary.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your data.

3. User Obligations

When using the platform, you agree to:

• ✓ Use the platform in a legal, responsible, and ethical manner.
• ✓ Not publish false or misleading information about your identity or services.
• ✓ Respect the rights of other users and not infringe on their privacy.
• ✓ Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Moroccan law.
• ✓ Honour agreed booking appointments and respect your commitments to the other party.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take the protection of your data very seriously. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy:

• We are committed to not selling or sharing your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Professionals' contact details are displayed to clients according to their chosen settings.
• We use advanced encryption to protect all stored personal data.
• You can request the deletion of your data at any time in accordance with the privacy policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent banning:

• 🚫 Impersonating a professional, client, or any other entity.
• 🚫 Publishing pornographic, violent, or hate-inciting content.
• 🚫 Committing fraud or attempting to steal other users' data.
• 🚫 Abusing the rating system with fake or false reviews.
• 🚫 Using the platform to promote illegal activities.
• 🚫 Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's security systems.

6. Booking and Review System

The Moncoin platform facilitates the connection between clients and professionals through a simplified booking system:

• Service details and pricing are agreed upon directly between the client and the professional.
• The client has the right to review the professional after service completion based on their actual experience.
• The platform reserves the right to remove non-compliant or abusive reviews.
• Any party may report a dispute and the platform will work to help resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Moncoin platform, including design, logos, text, images, and source code, is the exclusive property of Moncoin and is protected under Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.

Professionals retain ownership of their published work photos but grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display and use them within the scope of the platform's services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals. The agreement is made directly between the professional and the client.
• The platform does not intervene in payment processes or pricing between the parties involved.
• The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts in the city of Casablanca.

10. Modification of Terms

Moncoin reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantive changes via a notification on the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after the modification means your acceptance of the updated terms.
